The Challenge
Meridian's legacy portal had a 68% bounce rate and patients struggled to book appointments, view lab results, or communicate with providers. The interface hadn't been updated in seven years.
Our Solution
We rebuilt the platform from scratch with a focus on accessibility and speed. A new appointment booking flow reduced steps from 9 to 3. Lab results now render in real-time with clear visual indicators. The provider messaging system supports asynchronous threads with read receipts.
