The Challenge
Copper & Vine had 12 locations but no digital ordering. Customers called in orders, leading to errors, long wait times, and zero data on ordering patterns. They needed an app that felt as warm as their restaurants.
Our Solution
We designed a cross-platform app with a menu that updates in real-time from the kitchen's POS system. The ordering flow takes three taps from browse to checkout. A loyalty system with push notifications drives repeat orders.
